Here we are - a new year! The past is behind us and we are ready to move forward to the next chapter. One thing that may not have moved on is that pesky blue-green algae that likes to stick to our home and business exteriors. This is especially prevalent in Brevard County, and cities such as Palm Bay and Port St. John with their heavily wooded neighborhoods and back roads host an ideal environment for that invasive cyanobacteria. Even the cool Winter won't stop this organic to cake itself onto roofs, blanket stucco walls and seep into porous concrete driveways.

We're done eating all of the holiday food and cookies and now we are no longer relaxing on the couch. It's time to get back into the neighborhoods of Melbourne, Suntree, and the Beaches! Our team is suited up and prepared with the training, tools, and expertise to tackle driveways with dirt, grime, rust and anything else that doesn't belong there. We are hard on concrete when we pressure wash, and we are soft on the exterior of your property and its roof.

It is wise to get a jump on cleaning this time of the year. It's a slow time for exterior cleaning, but the perfect opportunity to get on the schedule before it fills up. We have itchy crab claws and can't wait to squeeze our washer wand triggers!

Because of the warm and humid climate, the dirt, grime, mold and mildew, rust etc. will remain and hang on from one year to the next. Getting a jump on it sooner than later is a wise choice for home or commercial property maintenance - Taking care of it now will allow for the rainy and warm times of the year to pass by without providing the perfect environment for these organic and mineral deposits to "snowball" into an even bigger problem.
